Error Message When I Try To Move My Service

I'm trying to move my service but this error keeps popping up:

Whoops, something went wrong!

Sorry—it looks like there was a problem on our end. Please contact support or go back and try again. Or call 855-75-PREPAID.

Can we please fix this as soon as possible? I work from home and its restricting me from working
