Equipment

Hi, 

I was notified yesterday that my Xfinity internet equipment arrived at my home but when I got there shortly after there was no package. The carrier did not take a photo of their delivery so I don't know if it was left in the right place or at another address by mistake. Can another package be sent to me or I pick it up from a location in person?
