Equipment shipped too early

I set up an Xfinity service yesterday for the new apartment I'm moving to and scheduled a delivery date for 9/29 as I will not be moving in until the 30th. I received an email from UPS that my package is arriving tomorrow. I do not live there yet and assume that there are still other occupants there. I have no way to get the package, and don't move in for another 2 weeks. Am I responsible for this and is there a way to get new equipment shipped at the proper time if, as I suspect, the original package is not still there in two weeks? Thank you

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
