Equipment returned but still getting alerts.

@XfinitySeth Please help me. I can't get anyone to help me on live chat. I returned my equipment weeks ago but I keep getting emails and phone calls saying to send them back. Chat support keeps lying and saying they've fixed it. Please help

We can check your equipment return status. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.

@user_zu4q2b, it is not a requirement to be a customer to send us a direct message. You should be able to see the icon in the upper right of any page with the directions I provided in my previous post as long as you're logged in. If you don't see it, you may need to clear you cache and cookies or try an alternate browser.
