Equipment Return

Hi there,

After canceling my plan, how long do I have to return my equipment to avoid a fee?

Hey @user_ebf6a5, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forum. We ask that the equipment be returned within 30 days of the cancellation to avoid the charges. If for some reason though we get the equipment after the charge has been applied, we can reverse it once received.
