Equipment return
Need to return a now replaced cable box (Motorola DCH70), but when I go through the returns sequence to print a UPS label, I get a message saying that 'Your equipment details are unavailable at this time.
All I need is the shipping address. The nearest UPS or xfinity store requires taking a ferry to reach the mainland, so I'd gladly pay the shipping cost to avoid a 2+ hour round trip and the $27.25 ferry fare.
