Equipment Pick Up

I have been waiting to receive a notification that my equipment is ready for pick up since Tuesday. Is there a way to find out when it would be ready? I was hoping this would be faster option...

Hi there @user_0172da!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can to address your service concerns.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team to get you squared away.  Generally equipment pick up orders can be completed same day. You should be able to go to your local Xfinity Store with photo ID and have that taken care of.

Depends on if it is faster. I would really just like to be able to call before going to store just to know if it is in stock.

We certainly understand not wanting to make a wasted trip. At this time any number you look up for the store would just be the normal 800 Xfinity number. We could check to see what the stock may look like but it's not always guaranteed. However, I have not heard and any issues with customers getting equipment from their local Xfinity store.
