We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can to address your service concerns. No worries! You have reached out to the right team to get you squared away. Generally equipment pick up orders can be completed same day. You should be able to go to your local Xfinity Store with photo ID and have that taken care of.

Depends on if it is faster. I would really just like to be able to call before going to store just to know if it is in stock.
