Equipment Delivered and not there

Hi! I’m concerned about a package containing my Xfinity equipment that was delivered today. Unfortunately, my move has been delayed, and I won’t be able to get to my apartment until tomorrow.

I’m worried the package may be stolen before I arrive. Could you please note this on my account and let me know what my options are if the equipment is missing when I get there? If possible, I’d also appreciate any guidance on replacement equipment or next steps.

Thank you for your help.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply! We arrived today and in fact the equipment was not on our door step and stolen. Please advise on how what my next steps are?

@Waffles_21 Oh, no. Sorry to hear your package isn't there. Did you check with the leasing office to see if it was turned in? If it's not there, we recommend entering a claim with the carrier first. Let us know once you have.

Thanks. We moved into a townhouse and so the package was just left the doorstep in the open.
okay, I’ll make a claim with the carrier and then what is the next steps?

Once we've gotten that claim information, we can process a new mail order to get the necessary equipment to you. If going into an Xfinity store is easier, that is an option as well.
