Equipment damage due to storm. Need Xfinity reimbursement

I recently had a storm that took out my modem, router, TV and cable box.  Upon inspection, I see that the Xfinity techs failed to connect the surge protector ground wire when they recently re-cabled the house (I have pictures).  I need Xfinity to reimburse me my costs to reconstitute my system.  Thanks.

@XfinityKatie​ Hi XfinityKatie. I apologize as I am new to this forum and am a bit confused by it all. I’m not sure why I need to be involved in any community forum to ask Xfinity to address a grievance I have. 
also, other than this reply from you, I have had no response from anyone. I am not sure if my complaint is in some active cue to be processed, or if it has fallen through the cracks. Can you advise?
