Enhanced Speed Market False Upload Speed

According to this Xfinity page: https://www.xfinity.com/hub/internet/faster-upload-speeds

I should be in the enhanced speed market since I can see the 2000Mbps speed available. I'm currently on an older 500Mbps Performance plan that shows I should get 20Mbps upload. Seeing that I want to get faster upload speeds I reviewed the latest plans available which show an equivalent 500Mbps Fast plan with typical upload speed of 114.98Mbps. I was so happy I started going through ready to receive faster upload speeds, only to be disappointed at the end when nothing changed accept the price on the final review page before accepting the changes. It was still 500Mbps Down and 20Mbps Up.

Seems like some serious false advertising going on. I tried adjusting plans so the 150Mbps - 800Mbps all show the same 114.98Mbps upload on the plan selection screen but the review screen before you accept the changes it's only 20Mbps. The 1000Mbps or 2000Mbps have even higher Upload Speeds shown on the plan selection page but only 20Mbps shows on the Review page.

Maybe it's a mistake, I don't know. I just want to be ale to get faster upload speed than 20Mbps, especially when it is advertised as such.
