When trying to retrieve the email are you using a 3rd party mail client or logging into connect.xfinity.com?

I don’t believe I’m using a third party email. I go through the Xfinity web page

Thank you for confirming, are you able to log in to Xfinity.com? We would recommend clearing cache & cookies too.  We have not seen any known issues at this time so just want to make sure we cover all possibilities.
