Hi there, @user_iu92t1! Thanks for reaching out to us there on the Community Forum and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your email. IMAP is another name for the mail server. If you're working with your comcast.net email address, then your mail client is asking for your comcast.net email password. Try it and see if that works for you. Let us know!
