EMAIL XFINITY WILL NOT TEXT ME A CODE
Trying to sign in to my email. I enter user name and password.
Then xfinity says they are going to text me a code, but they never do.
How in the @#%(*&%*&^$#@ am I supposed to access my email?

Good morning @wpeters7321, and thanks for visiting us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. As someone that uses email for both work and personal use, I can understand the frustration of not being able to access my email, but you have come to the right place for help. When it shows that you are going to receive a text message for verification, is the last 4 digits of the number that it shows matching your personal number?
