Email Use After Changing Full Ownership of an Xfinity Account

Hi.  My wife and I both have usernames as part of our account which has her as the account owner.  If my wife fills out the online form, found at the following link, to transfer account ownership to me, will she still have access to her current username's email account?

The fact that this is labelled "bereavement" is throwing us off a bit since she is not dead, but we just want to swap who is the account owner.

Hello, J-D-N! Thank you for creating a post! The primary user can manage the other users under "Users" (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts). The account transfer process generally leaves this up to you to complete.

We also have an email for life program. As long as you log into the email before disconnecting services and continue to log in periodically afterward, you can use your Comcast email forever  (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only).
