Peacock Premium

When I log into Peacock, I am told I must subscribe to get Premium, but I am a Diamond member so this should be free. What's up?

Yes, the primary ID was recently changed to me. When I go to the activate page, it tells me my Peacock account is already active, but as I mentioned, my Peacock account tells me I must subscribe to get Premium.

@XfinityAlfonso Thanks for the quick reply. When I am logged into my Xfinity Rewards page, there are a bunch of offers and contests, but nothing about Peacock.

How Do I Change Account Ownership Between Spouses

We need to change account ownership from one spouse to the other. We have already the changed primary user and associated rights, but we need to change the actual owner of the account.

Email Use After Changing Full Ownership of an Xfinity Account

Hi. My wife and I both have usernames as part of our account which has her as the account owner. If my wife fills out the online form, found at the following link, to transfer account ownership to me, will she still have access to her current username's email account? https://www.xfinity.com/

Thanks for the quick response, XfinityTony. We are familiar with the primary vs secondary details. In fact, my wife already granted me the primary powers. But that is not the situation I'm asking about which is account ownership transfer
