Email issues ongoing

So I continue to have issues with my email so I get message my bill is past due how can you ask for full amount of my bill when in fact you have not given me my full service I have been paying for. I want to speak with EXECUTIVE SUPPORT STAFF - PLEASE someone contact me you know how to contact me… I have called several times your tech people hang up the phone and no class and unprofessional don’t even call back it happened again yesterday. What kind of people you have supporting your company. They hang up and it is ok no consequence for hanging up on customers. This is horrible I been with this company for over 20 years only to be treated this way. I had issue with VERIZON reached to executive staff finally got ahold of executive staff and they helped me. This company they don’t care that’s why you keep losing customers.
