Email folders have disappeared
Most of the folders I had created in my xfinity email box have disappeared. I spoke with customer service on Saturday, she said the techs were working on it, they should reappear in 24-36 hours. They have not. I tried calling xfinity yesterday, could only get chat bots! And than chat bot would hang up on me, this went on and on. Than they texted me, again chat bot. I do not use xfinity on my phone. I am on a desk top and accessing my emails via xfinity.com
I would like to add that the representative kept trying to sell me a cell phone. I accidently gave some private information but stopped short of giving my credit number. That is when I said no. I have been a loyal xfinity customer for many years.
I have tried various things I have read online. Currently only see one very old folder from 2022 and a junk e-mail folder that is empty. The other folders contained more current data.
I would like my folders restore restored please.
