Email [Edited]

I have been using this email daily for many years and each time I try to log in today it says it's loading my email as usual, but then goes to an xfinity page which has a question (among a lot of other things on the page)

that asks "Are you looking for you comcast email? click the link here.

When I click the link its says it's loading my email (again as usual), but then goes back to the same xfinity page

@user_nhh1n7 Can you tell us more about the issues you're seeing on your end? How are you accessing your emails; Are you using the Xfinity app and clicking email for there? Are you using the web or any other 3rd party email clients such as outlook, iMail etc?

Does this happen on one device or multiple ones?

Have you tried using incognito mode to access your emails?

@user_u0c72d Our engineers are aware of the login loop issue and are engaged in finding a resolution as quickly as possible. Please try again in a few hours after the fix teams have had a chance to work toward on a solution.
