Email address for Xfinity Rewards Customer Service

I had an Xfinity person contact me get this to sell me more services.  I politely thank him and ask him about my $300 gift card for my iPhone 13 Pro Max on 10/21/21... he confirms it's past due and tells me I need to contact Xfinity rewards.  I call, am on hold so long I accept a call back, gets a call back that literally just hangs up on me.  I call back again and wait on hold for over 30 minutes for the system to force me to leave a number for a callback... to be hung up on again.  

My first frustration is the person on the call, who confirmed, I in fact qualified couldn't send an email or request so I'm not trying to hunt down my gift card.  I have mobile phones (5 lines), cable and security and this is how I'm treated.  I'm considering taking my business elsewhere because customer service is becoming disgusting.

Xfinity Rewards Customer Service ... $300 gift card

Note that Xfinity Rewards program is not the same as the former gift card Xfinity Reward Center, which is now called Xfinity Incentives and is located at https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/.

I'm  getting  same run around answers.   XFINITY  mobile  rewards a XFINITY  REWSRDS are not he same thing. XFINITY  REWARDS  REPS. SAY CONTACT  XFINITY  MOBILE and vice versa.
