On the https://login.xfinity.com/login page, I get the error message "The Xfinity ID you entered was incorrect. Please try again."

When I use the Find Your Xfinity ID page, I receive a verification code on my mobile phone, but then get a No Xfinity ID message.

The email continues to work fine on my iPhone.

user_oh5qpr I can definitely understand the frustration. Just to clarify, you are able to log in with your Xfinity ID on your iPhone but not on the other device? Can you confirm what type of device is getting the error, as well as the web browser you are using? Have you tried any other web browsers?
