Elderly needs help! Outage at his house and can not reach anyone

HELP!  My dad is disabled (Deaf and double amputee). His phone, internet and tv have been out since Monday, July 14th. This is an emergency! I live in another state and tried to call Xfinity. I reached someone yesterday and they said they would send someone within 24 hrs and no one has showed. He needs a technician to his house immediately. He can't answer the phone, so please just go there. Phone is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and account # is [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I'm on the account as someone to talk to but I don't have his login password.
