@XfinityBenjaminM this is a very serious problem. Let me explain what happened and you can make sure it gets to the right team. Big security concern (I work in software). Here are the events that occurred.

1.) I called comcast at the [Edited: Spam] number and got the automated system. After requesting a live representative I was told that I would receive a call back and was asked to record my name. 
2.) 4 minutes later I received a call from [Edited: Spam] which read me back my name (which I recorded in the previous step) in order to make sure that they were contacting the right person.
3.) I was transferred to the live representative and started chatting.
4.) Within 30 seconds of my call, I received a second call from [Edited: Spam]. I answered. There was no recording for who they were trying to reach and they said my name with a terrible pronunciation. It was at this moment that I knew something was off so I hung up and returned to a call with the previous representative.
5.) I let the representative know about the issue, but she didn't seem concerned. I was taken care of very quickly and everything ended well.


My takeaway:
After looking up other reports of this, it seems that the second call is not legitimate. If so, you guys have a security breach in your call queueing system. When a call is tasked for the next available slot, it seems that this information is being swiped to an external call center that is not affiliated with Comcast. Please please please address this if you can. If you can't. Hire me ;)

Hello @XfinityAdrienne unfortunately there is more than a 40 minute wait just to alert them about an issue in your system. I like you guys, but not that much ;). I am sure you can let them know if you get a second.

Calls from this number with no message are becoming harassing.

I have received two calls from this number and no message was left. I have not contacted Comcast so not expecting a response to any issue. If it is a legit call from Comcast they should leave a message on why they are calling. Otherwise it goes to my spam call list.
