[Edited] keeps calling me and it comes up as Xfinity. Is this an Xfinity #? If so, why are you calling me constantly?

I keep getting a phone call from [Edited: "Personal Information"] and it comes up as Xfinity. A VM is never left. There is no reasoning Xfinity should be calling me at all except for offering me $100 less a month as they keep raising my bill each month for no reason. My cable bill is now a car payment. 😡 My question is; is this a true Xfinity number calling me? If it is then why? Why not leave a voice message?
