[Edited] cancel services

Some of us don't have time to listen to your sales pitch when all we want to do is cancel services.  Just simply asking for a callback from support and they want me to wait until April 1st.  I started out only wanting to cancel TV, but the issue of just trying to do that will make me cancel all services.  

I WILL NOT speak with anyone on the phone.  I didn't speak with anyone when I started my account or when you take my money monthly.  How do I cancel services [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Why does Comcast [Edited: "Inflammatory"] say you can use Xfinity Assistant to cancel services, then the assistant says it cannot help, and I need an agent.  Then it says all agents are busy.  I will just cancel at the store.  Sad to lose a customer of 7 years because you make it so difficult to cancel.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

There is absolutely no direct messaging icon. Is this a joke? I can’t with this company. Just let us cancel!!!! Kafkaesque
