I have yet again been denied by  comcast, but I HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND APPROVED by EBB.

SO WHAT GIVES. 

I call 1.800.934.6489 and 1.855.846.837 to find out how to fix this and only get the automated system, no matter what number I press I cannot speak to a live person.

 Also half the time I cannot access the forum I get a error : 400 error, cookie too big.  I have to clear my history, even if I had just cleared the history the day before, I will still get the same error message.
