Easement Review Agreement

Hello, I am trying to move the fence line on my property. However, apparently there is a Public Utilities easement and we need a sign off from your company on my document from my city. Who can I speak to about this? I tried calling Customer Service / Xfinity assistant and they were not able to resolve this, can you please help in this matter? Thank you
