Early termination fee
I recently got a new deal through xfinity and the agent apparently made me an entirely new account to give me the deal. So now I have two accounts and I'm being asked for an early termination fee to close the other account when I'm literally just on another deal at the same address. Can I please get some help this is ridiculous. Thinking of going elsewhere.
