~ $80 depending on what services you have.

I signed the one-year internet service at 3:46PM, 05/05/22 and cancelled the service at 2:46 PM, 06/02/22.

I received the final bill showed the early termination fee($110) with extra service charge from 06/03 to 06/04.

I clearly told the agent (Darral) that I didn't want to pay the early termination fee, so that I cancelled today (06/02).

Why Comcast cancelled in 2 days later and charge the early termination fee and extra days service fee?

I have kept the cancellation email and contract copies.

This is bad business to overcharge customer.

This is not the experience we want you to have at all. You have reached the right team to look over your account and see what is going on with the billing on your closed account.

Comcast charged the early termination fee and extra days service even though I cancelled the service within 30 days.

I signed the one-year internet service at 3:50 PM, 05/05/22 and cancelled the service with the agent (Darral) at 2:46 PM, 06/02/22.

When I cancelled the service, I clearly told the agent Darral why I should cancel the service and he said that I should not pay the early termination fee because I cancelled the service within 30 days. 

But the final bill shows the fee($110) and 2 extra days service ($5.32) for 06/03 to 06/04. I should get refund of one day service fee.

I'd like to know why cancellation was delayed and charged me extra $115.32.
