DVR recordings

All of a sudden I can only play back my DVR recordings when I am NOT logged in to my home network. The chat agent is asking me to reboot my cable box but I haven’t used a cable box in years, only a modem and streaming devices.

Have you attempted to reset your home modem and see if that helps? We are happy to do some remote troubleshooting to get this working properly.

@XfinityJorge​  Never would have thought that the WiFi modem would impact only DVR playback but resetting it did work, thanks. It’s been good for a week. One good came of this, returned the unused cable box and lowered my bill by $12 a month.
