@XfinityDena I have one set up for today bit I need till Wednesday, The bonding leave didn't get processed for almost two months so I'm behind on my bill. I can pay It in full on the 6th but the customer service agents at the call centers are hard to understand and quickly tell me no manager or supervisor will take or is available to take my call. I just need an extra four days but they keep telling me you have to pay today no matter what
Unfortunately, you would not be able to modify the payment arrangement. We also do not have access to do so as the system automatically manages them and there is no way to override it. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
