Drop Bury

Hello, we need our internet buried. It was put in place last November. Our neighbors on both sides of us have had their lines buried in the past two weeks, but our was left unburied, there are utility flags that have been in our yard for about three weeks. We need to do yard work. How do I find out when it is scheduled for us?

u/user_wit3eh You have come to the correct place for help with reviewing your account and see when your line will get buried. Please send us your full name and complete address via our DM. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
