Drop bury

Hi, we moved to a new build community and on our initial appointment to set up service we were told that the pedestals were too far apart to connect to so lines need to be dropped/buried. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing has been done. No marking of utility lines and dig zone, no temporary orange cable, no status update, and getting nowhere every time I call. Please help me get in touch with whoever can get this taken care of for us. We work from home and have exhausted our cellular hotspot. Please help.

We have been having the same issue since last 14 days. On May 19 one of the tech came evidently cut the wire for the Internet outside and has put the orange cord above the garden and we have three people coming taking pictures so far and six appointments rescheduled. Bye bury team. And so far nothing has been happened. We have been given clear record a message by regular customer service that they could not contact buddy team beside why are email even the supervisor says send the email but no response at present. I’m hoping to have this resolved ASAP.
