In some cases, you may see a brief record that a chat took place, but full chat transcripts aren’t automatically emailed or available afterward.
For conversations that happen here on public platforms, this thread itself acts as the written record and won’t be deleted. For future reference, we recommend saving or taking screenshots of chats if you’d like to keep a personal copy. However, our team is a corporate team and deal with everything Xfinity.
