download the Xfinity WiFi hotspot profile

The Install secure Xfinity WiFi on your Mac OS X laptop (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wifi-for-mac) page includes a link, download the Xfinity WiFi hotspot profile (https://secureprofile.wifi.connected.xfinity.com/). Clicking the link just gives "403 Forbidden".
How can I get the WiFi hotspot profile?

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I see you've encountered some hiccups with that link, and I apologize for any. I appreciate all the time and effort you've already spent working on this yourself. To confirm, the profile link is what gives you this error, correct? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies or using another browser?

Login on Safari doesn't work at all. It just goes back to the login screen.
