Downgrade my Internet Essentials Plus Plan

Currently I am on the Internet Essentials Plus plan ($29.95) with Xfinity, but I am looking to downgrade to the regular Internet Essentials plan ($14.95). I don't use my Internet enough for it to make sense to pay twice as much for 100 Mbps on the Plus plan versus 75 Mbps on the "regular" plan. I've been searching for ways to downgrade my plan, but the only way I have found is by posting about it on this forum. Is there anyone that can help me downgrade my plan? I haven't upgraded/downgraded/gotten a new plan since May 2023, with the "exception" being that when I switched to Internet Essentials Plus from my previous plan, I also got a $29.95 credit every month till June 2024 when ACP officially ended.

TLDR: I don't know how to downgrade to the Internet Essentials plan from the Internet Essentials Plus plan, and I need of some help. Thanks in advance!

In order to make changes to your internet essentials plan you would need to reach out to the dedicated team with internet essentials at 1-855-846-8376. They are open 8am-12am EST 7 days a week.
