Downed wires
Hi, I’m trying to get someone out to my house to reattach downed wires running from the pole to my home. I can’t wait long enough on hold to get though on the phone. They are hanging across my yard and causing a hazard.

We can help get a request opened to have those lines reattached. In the meantime, we recommend keeping a safe distance from the wires and avoiding that area of the yard until they’re secured.
