Downed wires & No help or ticket record

A box truck took down the xfinity wire in front of our house. I’ve submitted 3 service tickets and get a confirmation # but my account & the AI help show no active tickets. The wire is just dangling in the street with a lot of young kids.

Not even an option to speak to a live rep?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience and thanks for submitting the tickets for the down hazardous cable line.

Once you submit the ticket these requests are usually taken care of within 24 to 48 hours, so you do want to avoid submitting multiple tickets.

I'll be happy to take a closer look at your account to make sure the work order is set up and set the proper expectations.

To get started please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Ok, I submitted multiple because they weren’t showing up in the account and the AI help said there was no record of an active ticket. I thought they weren’t going through.
