Downed wire
I live at [Edited: "Personal Information"] . I have a telephone pole next to my driveway. Tuesday morning as we backed out, we noticed some wire coiled on the ground. Someone told me it was old cable wire… flat, black with an orange covering that is falling off. It does not appear to be hot. I thought maybe you were working on the cable. Would you please check to see if this is your wire or I should contact the phone company. I also have Comcast landline for a phone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
