Downed wire in my backyard
Hello,
There is a downed comcast wire in my backyard that is a hazard, but I am not an active customer (I believe the wire was installed several years ago for the previous owners of my house) so I was told over the phone you couldn't send a technician to my house. This seems unbelievable because it is your damaged wire and equipment that is causing a hazard, and both my utilities provider and my current cable provider told me they couldn't touch it and you had to be the ones to come retrieve it. Please let me know who I need to talk to to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
