Downed wire has been ignored for months

I have Comcast cable that's been hanging over my yard for months.  I've reported it multiple times with no resolution.  What does it take to get someone out here to resolve this?  My most current request confirmation number (that I'm sure will be ignored) is ECM0014164346

Why do you have "to get started"?   I "started" this process in February and have yet to have Xfinity get "started" with actually doing anything.  

I've done that more than once, the most recent being this morning accompanies by a picture of the cable.  I've been providing you all with information sine February and all I get are new tickets, expedited tickets and messages.  Just get someone out here to sort out this cable....and not some guy in a van.

@nettyleigh I understand this has been a process. We are keeping an eye on it to make sure it gets resolved. The ticket is in, and the work order is in place.
