Downed cable lines

The cable lines are down from my house to my neighbors. Over 100 yards of downed line. The line from my house to the pole is also down and damaged. I have put in multiple tickets, as has my neighbor. I have also chatted with MULTIPLE  reps and been given MULTIPLE time frames for techs to be and fix this problem. Nothing has happened. Lines are still down and I have had no service for multiple days.
