Downed cable line

Hi our cable line has been down since Jan 24th. I have reported it multiple times. It is actually still connected to our house, just laying across the driveway around back and our trash pickup cannot occur. Needless to stay our large dumpster is overflowing. Please send help!

I'd be happy to help you getting some answers, and a timeline. To begin, cna you please send a Dierct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

Hi, I did go online and report it multiple times. Hopefully this can be addressed soon.
