Downed Cable Line in Backyard
Hello,
Yesterday, 4/23/24, there were some people working on the cable lines in my backyard. I did not call them out and there is nothing wrong with my service. After they left for the day, I noticed the cable line on the ground in my backyard. No one has been back to fix it and it is a tripping hazard in my yard. I am not certain if this is an Xfinity line, but I wonder if you could check so that I can get this taken care of as soon as possible.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
