That is definitely something we'd like to address as quickly as we can, and I'd love to help however I can! First and foremost, I am truly glad to hear your service hasn't been affected by the line(s) coming down. This means we should be able to simply create a ticket reporting the request to have the line(s) raised, which you can also initiate through our Xfinity Assistant, here. Have you tried that yet?
