Down Wires

How do I contact someone to replace downed wires from a storm? Service is active but wires are not connected to the house any longer

Hello, @user_ko8yth! Thank you very much for taking the time to report this outside line concern. That is definitely something we'd like to address as quickly as we can, and I'd love to help however I can! First and foremost, I am truly glad to hear your service hasn't been affected by the line(s) coming down. This means we should be able to simply create a ticket reporting the request to have the line(s) raised, which you can also initiate through our Xfinity Assistant, here. Have you tried that yet?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
