One of my tenants has a down line in my apartment complex. This is a trip hazard and comcast must fix at one. I have old people living in the apartment complex. If any of them trip and are hurt, comcast will be held liable.

Hi there, @user_ce16a8 ! Thank you so much for reaching your Digital Care team. Thank you for being so patient while you waited to connect with me. I'll be more than happy to get a ticket opened so our local team can get that line taken care of. I want you to know that you reached the right person to help you. Can you please DM me your first and last name along with your full-service address so that I can assist you further?

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •   Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •   Click the "Direct Message" icon
  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

@XfinityRichard

You are expecting me to follow those ten steps when a simple phone call will suffice - this is way too much work.

Comcast/Xfinity has a line down on my property. Fix it or I am going to cut the line

property is 970 12th street, vero beach, 32960. north building duplex

Somebody tried to fix it by nailing it to a electric pole. If that comcast line falls down and injures someone or someone trips over the line, xfinity will be sued. This ticket is evidence I notified comcast/xFInity.

Those steps are just instructions on how to send a direct message in the event you are not sure how but ultimately, there is just one step. Send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address and we can get the ticket created. I understand your frustrations and we want to help you as best we can, however, we have policies and procedures we will always follow. Please send that DM and we can get the ball rolling on this immediately for you.

I already listed the address where the cable is hanging down. If this is not fixed and someone gets hurt because of Comcast's neglegence, Comcast will be sued to recover all costs and more.

Again, I simple phone call would resolved this issue, but Comcast took this choice away from anyone trying to report this situation - good luck!

I had a similiar situation with ATT and they provided a phone contact and it was fixed the next day - Comast get in gear with the industry and change your policies and procedures. Quit wasting everyone's time.

@user_ce16a8 In order for us to create the ticket to have this cared for we need you to send us a direct message. Please provide in that message first/last name, service address, phone number, and email for contact. Once you submit a direct message to us, we can start the process.
