down cable

I have a Comcast metal cable running across my property.  It has been down since 10/2024 when high winds from

Hurricane Helene brought down.  Calling Comcast is no help as I have done so several times.  I have also reported 

to Comcast service workers out in the field and still cannot get the line put back up.
