Down Cable Line
I've been reporting a downed cable line in my backyard for over a month now. The wire is connected to the live power line and the other end is just severed an open. This is extremely dangerous, but Xfinity will not fix it. We have called almost daily for over a month. We have called, emailed, posting in the forums. . .etc to no avail. Xfinity keeps saying they are going to send someone out that day to fix it, but they never do.
