Why am I being charged twice for Signature Triple Play on my bill?

Hello there user_dz7vtk likely this is showing a billing change, such as when we do annual rate adjustments, and the 2 line items are there to show the difference between old and new. This can also apply if you are getting a new discount on your plan, and again shows the difference.

There has been no changes to this account. My mother has been paying two charges signature triple play. One triple play is $67.99 the second one for $116 both triple plays each month. Both of these charges is costing my mother $180. a month. This has nothing to do with a discount or a promotion or showing differences made to her bill. I’m grateful I reviewed her bill. She’s paying twice for the same thing each month.

Those are two parts of one single charge - one for the TV portion and another for internet(if you have a triple play then there should show 3- one for the itemized telephone service as well). If you are an authorized account manager for your mother's services, we'd be happy to look over the account to see if there are any cost-saving options available.
