Does Xfinity have an e-mail address for customer service?
I have an issue I need to have resolved, the name on my Xfinity mobile account is incorrect, it's in the name of my dead mother who's been dead for 3 years (She was dead for 1.5 years when I got the account) I despise using the Xfinity assistant or talking on the phone with a rep (I can't understand them), I would like this resolved via e-mail, please get back to me.

There is no e-mail address. I will move your post to the Customer Service forum for help. You will have a Comcast employee get the needed personal information needed then. They will use the Private Message system here to help you.

@wdc2998 Hello, I'm sorry to learn about the name on the account and about your mother's passing.I appreciate you taking time out of your day and want to ensure you're able to get in touch with an Xfinity Mobile expert to help answer your question. Due to account security, our options with XM accounts are very limited. They do not have a customer service email. Have you to text 1 (888) 936-4968?
