Does anyone experience intermittent outages daily and not able to reach a real person at Comcast?

Does anyone experience intermittent outages daily and not able to reach a real person at Comcast?

I tried calling Xfinity and NEVER get a real person to talk to.. all the time, this AI agent and with limited and selective questions - this is so [Edit: Language] frustrating.

I am going to cancel this [Edit: Language] Xfinity and move on! [Edit: All Caps]

To get started please send us a DM with your full name and complete address. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

so, you have time to review these but no time to talk to a customer when needed?

I did try this DM and that's another [Edited: "Language"]. it just regurgitate the same options again and again..

@user_fv9yrm, I am sorry you feel this way. Have you tried to clear out you cache and cookies and try to send us  a DM again?
